What we are building in house.

Two applications, both in active development and neither released yet. We would rather list them honestly than pretend they shipped.

Deja Dish

In development

Meal planning for weeks that do not go to plan.

Most meal planners quietly assume a free evening, a settled routine, and a week that behaves. Deja Dish is built for the other case: for people who genuinely want to plan and have discovered that wanting to is not the difficult part. It is designed around short sessions, interrupted attention, and the fact that Thursday rarely resembles the plan made on Sunday.

That means planning that survives being abandoned halfway, repetition treated as a feature rather than a failure, and a path back in after a week off that does not start with a blank screen and a guilt trip. It is built with attention and executive function in mind rather than as an afterthought.

It looks like a solved problem from the outside. It is not. We are building it because we wanted it.

Volunteer scheduling

Early development

Coordination for spaces that run on volunteers.

A community garden, a pantry, a small library, a shelter, a makerspace. Real work gets organized through a shared spreadsheet, a group chat, and one person who remembers who said they could do Saturdays. It holds together until that person is away.

We are building the plain version of what those places actually need: who is available, who is covering what, which shifts have nobody on them yet, and a reminder that arrives before the gap becomes a problem. Priced and shaped for an organization that has no payroll department, because commercial shift software is built for one that does.

The working name is a placeholder. The problem is not.

Built for
Volunteer-run organizations and the people who coordinate them.
Data
Volunteer contact details are the most sensitive thing such a tool touches. It is being designed to hold as little of that as the job allows.

If you run a space like this, we would like to hear how you currently do it. Email us.

A note on release dates

We will not announce a date we cannot hold.

Both applications are being built alongside client work by a small company, which means they ship when they are good rather than when a calendar says so. When either is submitted to the App Store, this page changes. Until then it says what it says.
